The Truth Behind Cancer
A question I could see a university not asking would be one regarding a cure for cancer. This is because such a thing exist. Many people would disregard just the thought of that and consider it to be ludicrous just because we have been told by the media and fronted "experts" that it can't be done. Reading into facilities like the Gerson Clinic (also referred to in the documentary Food Inc.) the solution isn't an intricate formula or deadly pharmaceuticals, but a simple change in diet. It has  been shown in many studies that a change in diet removing meat or as most processed foods as possible eliminates production or already produced cancer cells along with many other life threatening diseases. Another source I've recently found information on the elimination on cancer would be in the book MediSin  written by Scott Whitaker and Jose Fleming. On the last paragraph of page 137, the book starts talking on a man by the name of Royal Raymond Rife who is responsible for Biochemistry, Microbiology, ballistics, electronic radiochemistry, and many other concepts used today. Another very important concept done by Rife was the use of frequencies and producing resonance that could match those of microorganisms and eliminate particular microorganisms which he used for cancer and many other diseases. What he discovered was that a particular frequency. the Mortal Oscillatory Rate, that destroys the designated virus without harming the other tissues of the body. Rife continued with his research and discovered more frequencies that cured spinal meningitis, herpes, polio and many other diseases. His research was the cause of almost a 100% efficiency rate. In 1960 the agency AMA destroyed all research and machines developed my Rife. And to all physicians that attended the banquet for Rife's findings and creations were all given letters by the AMA stating to deny anything regarding Rife and his works.

What are your religious or spiritual beliefs?
Personally, I chose to live by "belief" as little as possible and live by knowledge and learning as much as I can about most religions or philosophies. Sure there are aspects in life that I have belief in but I think that too much belief leads to less understanding.

Well, don't you belief in a "god"?
No, I don't think that there is a singular omniscient deity that holds our fate in his/her hand. For one, in Genesis, the bible states "Let us make man in OUR image." Who are do the plural consist of? Some say angels, but there is no way of knowing unless anything else regarding this was said, and even so, this reveals that whatever enigmatic race or type of being this is, they are is one of many. After gaining knowledge of many traditions and cultures of so many religions, it is show how all the main deities either have a very similar story or are if fact the same person but with many names, to me, I see multiple people telling the same story from a world wide perspective. The very idea that someone is doomed to burn forever in a lake of fire for worshiping or paying homage to another god or simply living a different lifestyle is ridiculous.

How do you perceive the world spiritually?
I see the people of this world as a species that is of something greater than what we see ourselves as. This is evident even in the christian bible and modern science that we are descendants of something beyond ourselves. Our genetics show dormant glands and DNA that if functioning will produce evolutionary and unthinkable shifts on human existence in such an extraordinary manner. Even now, people reach what is called "god-conscienceless" in many different meditations and spiritual practices.  It is also seen through previous revelations and in many religious references around the world that there is an energy throughout the planet and people. We expel and intake energy from all sources around us; from everything ranging in consumption, Prana (sanskrit term for subtle energy, breathe, life-force), and cycle energy from the environment and people.  The person that is considered a "god" to them, to me, exists in all of us and in everything around us. We should feel special that we consist of such divinity and  live the life that is such a dynamic anomaly,

Astral Projection:
-This is a moment where the physical body separates from the astral body and travels beyond the boundaries of time, and transcending the physical restraints of existence to exist in a state such as the astral plane or infinite other places as the mind is what manifests the experience at this very moment regardles of set and setting. The astral body is seen as the soul or spirit of the human. Many traditions have different interpretations of this experience but in all differences cultures may have, what holds true is that such experience shows that reality is transparent when exploring the spiritual lengths of our selves and our true potential as living souls not just of the physical world or state of being.

A significant experience I've had was experiencing astral projection on multiple occasions with the practice of pranayama and chakra meditations of all sort such as Kundalini, different yoga techniuques studied and routinely learned over the years and some other eastern exercises .
Kundalini meditation and Pranayama is a practice I perform most often compared to others . The way I have laid out my meditation sessions in order to experience astral projections is first with pranayama ( in sanskrit "extension of the breathe or life force") which are breathing exercises that help with focusing the mind and circulates energy throughout the body. Once the mind goes beyond the surroundings such as the idea of even being in a physical space or bound to anything of the current state of reality, I focus on my 7 main chakras. With each chakra, I visualize them as all singular-yet connected, slowly spiraling galaxies from the root chakra to the crown chakra, and as the kundalini energy( or shakti) rises from the spine and lights up each chakra one after another. There is a sensation that accompanies my rise and circulation of shakti as I feel a pulsation or slight "touch" of warmth and pressure for each point rising and descending towards each point of energy. As I do this for about an hour of focusing on each chakra, I lay down as if I'm going to sleep. Mentally, I keep an affirmation of ascension in my mind.
Before I start to project there are a number of occurrences. One of the first things that happens with me is the sound; usually a ringing noise relative to a high and low frequency beating at a pattern. Vibrations also begin once I am aware of the noise. The vibrations are felt throughout my entire essence and after a slight pressure in my head or physical body happens, I start to feel like I, myself am Velcro slowly detaching from a former self. Then, a weightless feeling begins to take over. The way most people can tell they are going into an astral state is because they are slowly becoming more and more cognitive as they start to lift. Sometimes I get frightened or excited because of so much energy and the naturally developed sounds I hear that I prevent myself from reaching the full experience but when I was younger I recall seeing different planets and being what seemed to be space, a celestial infinity surrounded by an endless sea of stars and planets. Sometimes, I would be hovering outside parameters of a massive planet which couldn't particularly be pointed out as Earth yet seemed familar. The feeling looking at such mass was almost overwhelming as I FELT how immense this body of terrain and life was. Everyone usually experiences this in their lifetime either when younger about 5 and depending how far up in age, it occurs less with some people (but that's not always the case). While this is the reality for some, the opposite is true. Other people gain more control over determining astral travel (I am in the process of learning now), But I feel that astral projection has to be one of the most phenomenal life experiences I have had and will hopefully continue to enjoy.

The Color Red

If I were to describe to a blind man the color red, the way I would describe to them the color would to relate it to that of a warm sensation. The tingle that vibrates at the lowest, longest frequency which goes slowly up the spine from the root chakra. Red is not just seen but felt just as well. Many might not realize it but we feel red all the time. We feel red when we experience spontaneous rises of energy that come from the stimulus around us (not only in sight). When we feel red, we also feel orange as we become aroused, yellow in the sense of powergreen in the warmth of our heart, the soft blue by the vibrations of voice, violet form the illumination of the mind, and purple from the an unknown reality briefly experienced as something ineffable, beyond mental comprehension. Red feels dense as the soil below us that blankets the torridness even more deeper within not only the earth but the core of ourselves; our soul.

#My Life As A Movie

I see my life as many different movies. One movie in particular I think I could relate to would be the movie called They Live. It's a movie based they same premise of this society. There is a ruling class of elitists in this downwards economic times who subliminally sedate the masses hiding their agenda's and their true alien-type appearance. A man stumbles upon a pair of glasses that helps him see the true appearance of these beings that walk amongst the people. The nameless man of the story walks into places such as department stores and even to open sidewalks to further view the mix of alien humanoids living hidden as humans. An important part of the movie after he obtains the glasses is when he looks up at the advertisements and billboards too see something like a food or car ad turn into a black and white sign saying OBEY andConsume. This exposes the true nature behind the tools established by these alien beings to hypnotize and control the humans. The reason I feel that I can relate to this movie is because of how when someone gains information about hidden agendas of those who practically own aspects of most people's lives, they're seen as a different group of people than the everyday woman or man (sometimes referred to as reptilians in today's time).

Nothing in this form of existence is perfect. For something to be perfect in this reality means to

be static.

But nothing is "still" because

everything is apart of a cycle.

Therefore, it is impossible for

anything to remain the same .

It may take seconds or even a lifetime

to notice the

physical transformation but change is inevitable

and applies to everything and everyone.

A way that I have tried to effect change in myself was through diet, philosophy, and generally reform my way of life.

            Diet
About 7 years ago I took pork out of my diet completely due to knowledge about what it does to the body and it's effects. The main thing about the consumption of pork that lead me to stop eating it was the fact that it produces parasites and different species of worms in the stomach and other parts of the body. This causes the body to become malnourished and induces different diseases. Swine also do not contain sweat glans which mean that the only way to get ride of waste product that usually leave the skin is through the bottom of the feet by excreting puss and different waste products. Meat in general is taken out of what I eat because the same results and more are still present. The prevention of cancer and reduction of tumors is seen in the elimination of meat in the daily diet (along with many other food groups). This has been done in different organizations like the Gerson facility where cancer is treated through many ways; one way in particular was by taking on a diet which is considered pretty much extreme to most. More information can be found in a page containing the foods that are taken out.

General Life:
In the past, my concern were pretty much the opposite of what they are now. Other than my views on religion, I was busy being defiant of social norms. Because the way I viewed life was something most people thought was wrong I thought getting into trouble just showed ignorance in others (which is obviously not true). But time went by and soon I realized that I lacked a sense of morals. My father was always there to give me advice and enlighten me, but I used to never listen. After I applied what he told me (and still does), I was able to steer myself in directions that were positive and gain a sense of independence. Until recently, I couldn't tell much I related to others regardless of background. Even now I continue to reform myself and socially grow.

A concept I would introduce to a primitive culture would be the concept of manifestation or group consciousness- type thinking. With this, people as one can expand beyond the boundaries of laws of physics. This has been shown even in our time in different cultures around the world that have different practices like in India, China, African, and many other cultures, but are suppressed due to lack of scientific knowledge. If there were a group consciousness at this time it would cause a sort of evolution over time with the people and in this era of time, we would surpass the definition of human being as a people and experience what is called an "Ascension". One example of this would be the Pineal gland located between the two hemispheres of the brain at the center (some call this the "MINDS EYE"). This gland is known to produce Melatonin and Serotonin which control the function of sleep and wake. This gland also has many other properties outside of text book definition. Many other than my self have personally experienced the alternative happenings or occurrences with the pineal gland. When tapping into the abilities that it holds, it shows how humans can go beyond what text book science says and one has more control over their-self than they think. Giving this concept to a primitive culture would induce extraordinary changes in the people of today and generally who we are.

Some of the best advice I've been given was to stick to who I am. In my life, I have taken this to mean so much more than what it sounds like. To stick to who I am has caused me to learn from different life experiences and events and not let them absorb who I am as a person, or become what I've become exposed to in a way. The best way I can explain this is to relate this to how a person will be exposed to a religion and attend services. Later that person becomes that, and defies anything else that will inform them in the same matter or even to a greater extent. This is probably the best comparison I can draw because I've learned how to do this due to the advice given to me. Just such a small phrase could alter my life as I was going through a feeling of loneliness and misplacement. It might seem contradictory to say that such a thing could alter how I perceive life and now I don't let minor events effect who I am, but It's different when someone reaches out to enlighten someone and gives advice that is considered and applied to ones life, and someone taking everyone word that is heard as full truth causing them to rely on other's words and actions. To stick to who you are to me does not mean NOT going through any changes in life at all either. To live is to change over time, and to conserve whatever state a being is in is to be static and causes death in many different perspectives. So when someone sticks to who they are and changes, they can alter the way they live, and still have a sense of knowing ones self. When someone feels they know who they are, it is easier to go through paradigm shifting changes in life.

"He does not possess wealth, it possesses him."

This idea can branch out to the concept of materialism. To have an excess of "things" is a sign that someone is "wealthy" or "rich"which in my way of thinking is false. A person who's life is loaded with "stuff" and things considered to be luxurious is subject and bound to the objects. While the person who makes a decent living and lives in a Winabego on the beach is more free than any rich man in my eyes. The  concept of ownership alone is false in this country. No one "owns" a house. Just look at the word mortgage
which means an agreement till death in french. This blatantly shows that a person is figuratively chained to this material object forever according to a document. Sure, when someone has large amounts of money and has many objects like cars and houses it expresses social status to those around them and people think of that person as a great or prosperous individual, but is someone really a great person if they are defined only by objects they have and not who they are?

On significant achievement that I have made in my life so far would be one regarding music. about 6 years ago I had a fascination with learning how to play guitar. My interest branched from myself playing the cello when I was younger. Playing this instrument gave me a feeling of confidence and self esteem. I generally felt good about myself whenever I sat down and played. By the time I started playing acoustic guitar I was in such a rush to learn chords and scales mostly to impress myself with the speed of development. For a while my mind was elsewhere and I stopped playing the guitar. By years went my interest fell into playing bass guitar. I started out teaching myself and it gave me a sort of raw feeling (not in a negative way). I was took bass lessons for a couple of weeks but it didn't feel right. It made me feel like this was more of a work effort or assignment rather than me learning for me, so I stopped the lessons and gradually gain skill on my own and developed my own style at a young age. I met many musicians when I was about 13 who were really skilled at about the age of 18 and 17 and they influenced my playing as I was already playing bass with the style of a guitar player incorporating the fundamentals of bass techniques. I was introduced to their bands and usually improvised while they played their songs. Never was I the kind of persons the be egotistical or consider myself to be masterful at what I did but throughout my life playing I never felt that I was good enough, mostly because of those who I look up to such as Evan Brewer, Victor Wooten, and Stanley Clarke. These men are pioneers at bass playing and keeping such high expectations help me realize that there is always room for improvement and in no way is anyone truly 100% at anything they master because absolute is something of an anomaly in my way of thinking. Now I play bass for two bands and keep in touch with many musicians who I usually communicate and talk to often which is a big help for me in my journey as a musician myself.

An animal I would like to Communicate with would be a tortoise.
Many live to exceed the age of 200 so if a turtle holds a deep enough capacity of memory over time, I would love for the animal to share it's knowledge with me.
Different cultural depictions portray the turtle or tortoise to be a divine creature, similar to that of the Phoenix, chimera, or dragon.
They often symbolize wisdom, longevity, and patience due to their long life-span.
The turtle is also considered to be one of the Celestial animals or guardians in terms of Feng Shui.
The turtle represents winter and or high mountains usually in resemblance to support, protection, and stability.

An issue that I am concerned with regarding this country would be the domestication and dependance that has been accumulated over time in the average American (technology being a huge influence to this fact). About 2 weeks ago an event confirmed this statement. There was a blackout that branched out to a significant area of southern California. My first thought was how people would react to this and sure enough an answer came. The next day I was informed by different people I knew the aggression of pedestrians trying to go to stores. There were potential riots everywhere there were department stores. After the whole day was over and the power was restored to the section of California, I thought about the possibility of a greater catastrophe entering the entire country such as China launching an EMP and knocking off anything ran via electricity. It would be absolute madness. Such a minor even causing an uproar of that level speaks volumes to potential chaos if an actual disturbance greater than that were to hit the U.S. Slowly I see our people becoming more informed yet I see a larger amount of people being given regurgitated disinformation and similar to that of the average American diet, taking in more unfruitful knowledge moving towards the satisfying body destroying, mass produced food(or information).

Day Of Equilibrium

Personally I do not celebrate any holiday due to my learning of the true history behind holidays such as Thanksgiving (or Takes-giving as a more reasonable name) and especially the distorted and twisted truth behind Christmas. But if I were to establish a holiday of some sort, it would be based on everyone setting aside what they consider their-self to be in this materialistic society and commit an act of national peace. Everyone would greet each-other and talk to one another as is they have know one another for years. If someone has something, they offer half or all to the person next to them. No one will buy anything on this day. But it something is needed, they would ask them for something of that value or barter in a way. There will be no schedules or work on this day as this day is to break from this systematic motion and just flow with time as is. Everyone will rely on one another for whatever necessities are required. Establishing such a day will cause a warm vibration of energy to  resonate amongst us all and hopefully cause regular actions like ones on this day

This day would be called Day Of Equilibrium

Journal Entry #6

A quote I would use to describe myself would be:

A man is accepted into a church for what he believes and he is turned out for what he knows. — Samuel Clemens

This is true for me because of my experience moving from different churches and learning from all of them and how they function. I have participated in many different forms of christian churches; Baptist, Non-denominational christian churches, and I've also taken part in Jewish services (which proved to be the most enlightening). But this quote mostly refers to my experience in the christian faith which I spent many of my years participating in. Although I was quite young, I was fascinated with the reasoning behind the Christian faith. Being told it was the only right way, that if I did anything bad I was doomed to live an eternity in a labyrinth of a relentless inferno, I felt obligated to dedicate myself to this faith. Fear was my biggest motivation. Luckily, I was the kind of kid that asked many questions, especially when it came to religion. Sometimes I would be scolded for asking simple questions and scolded for not knowing certain stories or facts. There was always this confusion I felt whenever learning more about religion. The older I  became, the more clear so many things came to be, but it remained in my sub-conscience due to the fact that it went against what I believed. My belief blocked so many ideas and truths from me that began to be in denial. But one faithful day, I was in a church service with the teenagers and I was the youngest amongst them all. I raised my hand and asked something that went against what they were trained to believe and take as true. They laughed and mocked of course keeping their religious armor in tact as to not absorbed what was just said. I knew what I said was right because of how I felt about my ideas and what I came to realize on my own. I left the room and explained to my parents what happened and they listened. My father struggled with the same situation. He was becoming more enlightened and turned away from church because of his actual learnings. If he continued to wail church songs in the pews and throw laconic praises at the pastor everything would've been normal. But when light is shed on religion (especially Christianity) the blind tend to turn away. Knowledge isn't accepted in most churches. But those who know most about religion aren't the ones in the Sunday services. It's the man or women that is wrongly labeled an "atheist" or "heretic" which in all actuality, being a heretic isn't a bad thing. It just expresses that someone has independent thought.

Journal Entry #5

An example of a time where I have tried to effect change in a issue internally would be a few years ago when I felt there was this personal chasm I had going for a while. At some point I thought I was just insane. Other times I thought it was an influence of other individuals around me. ( that was the problem sometimes). I began to read the Quabalah and it seemed to add whole alternative spectrum to my life which I felt was revolutionary. This helped me pick up elements like simply sitting alone and practice visualizations or breathing exercises, which led to meditations. Over a period of time, I felt like pieces of a spiritual puzzle were being put together or a gaping hole was being filled. Time passed and alot of people came and left my life, and that sense of self knowledge seemed to fade, as if that spot that was finally filled grew bigger and needed more substance to sustain its volume. So the search for more enlightenment began. A good thing about my new way of thinking was that it lead me to read alot more and I was able to hold conversations with a variety of people with different religious, philisophical, or spiritual backgrounds. So far, the most important thing I've stumbled upon that has really influenced change in relationship to myself was Kundalini Meditations. This is a form of meditations where one activates or awakens the energy (kundalini/shaktipat) that lies at the base of the spine and is awaken through practice of this concept or daily activity. This is something that is significant to who I am today.

If I had the responsibility of a million dollars to make some sort of reform in a part of the world, I would probably contribute the money to those in inprovrished parts of the U.S. first. This is mostely because I have family that lives in these conditions and seeing them shows that there's a whole society of those who are unable to even trully live life. For some the lack of exposure caused by poverty in some is the equivelant to being stuck in a dark room as far as life is concerned. Moving around and experiencing the different cultures, I've come to realize that even common people considered to have "normal conditions" don't experience many elements in life, so those who are striken with the disease of poverty can rarely see outside their limited spectrum limited even more. Next I would reach out to those coming from other countries and those in the U.S. to give them an opportunity to gain access to colleges or scholarships.

If I were to travel back in time and be a specific historical figure, I would  be Malcolm X. He is someone I look up to for his perspective on the issue of race and how me chose to handle it. He was an individual who felt it was necessary to be willing to take what was needed and fight for his rights not as an African American but as a human. Dr. Martin Luther King was a very powerful figure who was mainly the reason for the civil rights movement, but since my views on the issue are similar to that of Malcolm X, I see him as one important figure in my life. If he were still alive or lived to continue his historical progress, there would be a whole new spectrum of the divisiveness concerning race. Without a doubt, things would not be as they are even to this day.

Journal Entry #2

A few years ago I learned the importance of using elevated vocabulary in my daily life. Doing so causes others to have a more respective view on me even before knowing much about me.  Although as an African American this was and still remains a problem in my life and has been for some years now. Loosing a lot of the slang many of my brothers and sisters use cause me feel that I'm loosing a sense of who I am. I didn't know if I should still keep some of the ways of talking to keep that sense of culture alive or totally discard it. I would take a chance at becoming a "sell out" or "white washed", but in all actuality what is really being implied is "why are you different?" or "why have you tried to hide who you really are?"when in fact there is nothing that I'm trying to conceal or pretend to be. There are those who change the way they speak in order to cover up what is presented in their skin. But that's the case for everyone. Personally I try to speak with more heightened vocabulary, but I don't feel I should totally mask my voice to where I don't sound like "me".

Competition: This is something that is considered by many to be a part of human nature. Competition is the reason many people, civilizations, activities, and other creations exist from a scale of life,  or something such as entertainment. On some level, competition has been a plague to humanity as it has lead to a group of people being conquered. Also it causes people to loose individuality since many "compete" for social status or meaningless prestige by them forgetting reason or forgetting themselves all together. Although negative comes out of it, there is always a negative side to everything just as there is a positive. With competition also comes goals and the pursuit of happiness or victory. There's obviously nothing wrong with desiring greatness or achievements in life. To not desire this would seem to make part of living not worth living. To not pursue something in life would be wasteful.
